IAF-CDAC had declared the results for the AFCAT 02/2020 examination on October 21, 2020. Soon after the declaration of the result, many students reached out to IAF, complaining about erroneous results and demanding the release of the answer keys. The students also alleged that there was ‘gross miscalculations’ and that their results were not tallying the marks they had expected.

Putting a rest to all the said allegations, IAF has confirmed that the concerns shared by some candidates has been considered and that the AFCAT 2020 Result has been ‘rechecked’ for any errors. They have also reassured that the ‘entire process of AFCAT result generation is automated without human intervention.’
