Selection Procedure for Faculty

We are going for a transparent process to select best possible team for our institution. This is purely in the interest of our students. We want them to get best guidance for Defence Exams in India.

There will be a Three Step process to select members to our team:

• Step I

  You need to fill an application (see below) to give us basic idea about yourself. Please note that if you have NOT given any competitive exam in India, you are NOT eligible to apply.

• Step II

  Based on Step I, we will shortlist applications, we will give you a call and learn more about you. If we are satisfied with your answers, we will move to Step III.

• Step III

  Once satisfied with telephonic conversation with you, we will invite you to Chennai to give demo classes (if applying for teaching job) or to undergo written tests (if applying for content job).

For those who are interested in teaching, apart from demo class, there will be a written test as well to test your writing skills. Finally, based on all Three Steps, we will finally select the best team and train them if we find it’s necessary.
